1. Can an 18” spare tyre be used on a vehicle with a different wheel size such as 19”, 20”, or 21”?

Yes, absolutely. An 18” spare tyre is engineered to work with vehicles across a range of factory wheel sizes. The key factor is not the original wheel diameter, but the overall rolling height, which remains consistent across those sizes. CyberSpare designs its spares to match factory specifications for a seamless and reliable fit.

2. Are CyberSpare tyres compatible with all-wheel-drive (AWD) vehicles?

Yes. CyberSpare designs each spare tyre kit with the specifications of the supported vehicle in mind, including AWD models. Our engineering process takes into account the unique requirements of advanced AWD systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

If we supply a spare tyre kit for your AWD vehicle, you can trust that it meets the correct overall diameter, load capacity, and performance standards. While the spare may not match the exact height of your regular tyres, key factors such as correct tyre pressure and loaded rolling diameter are carefully considered to ensure full compatibility.

3. Where can I find the jack points or lift points on my vehicle?

Most modern vehicles have specific locations where the jack must be placed to raise the car safely. Your owner’s manual will provide detailed information about these points.
If the manual is not available, lift points are usually marked under the side rails — just behind the front wheels or just in front of the rear wheels. Many vehicles also feature arrows or notches indicating the correct locations.
Using the proper lift points is essential. If you are unsure whether you have identified them correctly, do not attempt to raise the vehicle until you can confirm.

4. My vehicle is not listed on your website. Can you still help?

Yes, we may still be able to assist. If your vehicle does not appear in our compatibility search, we encourage you to contact us. While we cannot support every model on the road, in many cases a compatible spare tyre or complete kit is already in development and will be available soon.

5. Where are you located, and do you offer shipping Australia-wide?

We are located in Melbourne and are currently building our second warehouse in Queensland. All products are currently shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We offer Australia-wide delivery with the following shipping times: East Coast deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while deliveries to Western Australia generally take 3-6 business days. For remote areas, our sales team will contact you to confirm if additional freight charges apply.

6. Do you offer a pick-up service?

Yes, we offer a pick-up service! Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please make sure to bring the Pick-Up Ticket (not the order confirmation) for warehouse verification. The pick-up arrangement may take up to 1 business day after confirmation.

7. Do you ship overseas? For example, New Zealand

Yes, we can provide you with an international shipping quote based on your address and zip code.
